- It works well out of the box, easy to configure
- PaperCut has many features available, such secure release, usage tracking
- Easy interface with advanced features
- vendor (ACDI) doesn't have the answers and pass things off as a closed case
- I feel some features are missing but I hope it will be fixed in future
