It is easy to use, intuitive and above all it has excellent customer service. At the beginning we had some difficulties and the packages were not so clear, but this was taken care of excellently.
What I like the most about this software is the ease and time savings that it generates for me in the different social media accounts that I am in charge of.
I really like the fact, that the software gives you a solid base of text snippets that you can easily edit and enhance to your liking.
I don't feel like anything is missing and I've been able to integrate the features well into my work.
Occasionally the wrong tonality is used. Furthermore, it can happen that a sentence is not formulated correctly.
